Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is seeking an experienced Early Careers Program Lead to own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume early-career programs across the US, Canada, and Dublin.

This 6-month contract may convert to full-time based on performance and budget, with opportunities to scale candidate experiences and university partnerships. You will partner with TA leaders, define strategies, manage a calendar, and ensure an inclusive, data-driven approach to attract top graduates for

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume, early-career recruitment and internship programs.
• Experience developing university recruitment strategies and campus partnerships.
• Ability to manage diverse, inclusive recruitment initiatives and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for early-career programs across multiple regions.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to define tailored strategies.
• Build annual recruitment and branding calendar for early-career programs.
• Develop scalable sourcing to attract diverse campus candidates.
• Engage with universities, student groups, and campus events.
• Provide data-driven insights and regular reporting to leadership.
• Represent the employer brand on campus and online.
