Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, with a hybrid/remote setup in the United States.

You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews while partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring progress. Join a global semiconductor leader and build strong talent pipelines, champion a positive candidate experience, and contribute to regional TA projects and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience hiring for semiconductors/electronic components is a plus.

We offer an opportunity to grow within a global semiconductor organization, gaining exposure to diverse hiring projects and cross-functional collaboration, while working closely with an international talent acquisition team across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

Location: Hybrid/Remote from United States, preferred States: NE, SD, AZ, TX, VT, AP

What You Would Be Doing

What You Will Bring Along

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 3–5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Experience hiring for semiconductors/Electronic component manufacturing industry is a plus
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment channels and social media
• Experience with ATS systems, experience with Workday is a plus
