Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

This hybrid/remote US role focuses on strategic talent sourcing, stakeholder collaboration, and building strong pipelines for semiconductor and electronic component roles. You will engage candidates through multiple channels, screen and coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, while improving TA processes and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.
• 3–5+ years of recruitment experience is required; semiconductor hiring experience is a plus.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment channels and social media.
• Experience with ATS systems; Workday is a plus.

We offer an opportunity to grow within a global semiconductor organization, gaining exposure to diverse hiring projects and cross-functional collaboration, while working closely with an international talent acquisition team across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

Location: Hybrid/Remote from United States, preferred States: NE, SD, AZ, TX, VT, AP

What you would be doing:

What you will bring along:

• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment channels and social media
• Experience with ATS systems, experience with Workday is a plus
