Job summary

A-SAFE USA is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across the United States, Canada and Mexico, supporting Commercial, Operations and Corporate functions. This role is autonomous and requires proactive sourcing, rigorous assessment and strong partner collaboration with leaders.

You will manage multiple vacancies, build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, and champion the candidate experience while aligning with the employer brand.

Qualifications

• Significant in-house recruitment experience managing end-to-end hiring across multiple functions.
• Strong direct sourcing capability with LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, talent mapping, networking and passive candidate attraction.
• Confident stakeholder partner with the ability to advise senior leaders, challenge constructively and coach hiring managers on structured hiring best practice.
• Highly organised and autonomous recruiter who can manage multiple vacancies, maintain ATS discipline and deliver with minimal day-to-day supervision.

As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Americas), you'll lead end-to-end recruitment across the United States, Canada and Mexico, supporting Commercial, Operations and Corporate functions. This is a high-ownership role for an autonomous recruiter who can combine proactive sourcing, rigorous assessment and trusted stakeholder partnership.

How you will make an impact:

• Lead recruitment across the Americas by managing end-to-end hiring for a diverse portfolio of roles.
• Deliver high-quality shortlists through targeted sourcing, structured screening, robust assessment and strong process discipline.
• Partner with senior leaders as a trusted recruitment advisor, providing market insight and constructive challenge to improve hiring outcomes.
• Build stronger talent pipelines for repeat-hire, difficult-to-fill and business-critical roles using direct sourcing, talent mapping and market research.
• Champion the candidate experience by representing the A-SAFE employer brand professionally and keeping recruitment activity consistent, clear and engaging.
• Improve recruitment effectiveness by contributing to Talent Acquisition projects, best-practice sharing and process improvements across the wider People team.
