Cedar Investment Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting across technical and professional functions in Arlington, VA. You will partner with leaders, build pipelines, and drive offer discussions to help Cedar scale its data center and infrastructure projects.

You will leverage Workday Recruiting, develop sourcing strategies, and coach managers on market trends, aligning hiring with headcount budgets and timelines for a fast-growing organization.

Competenze

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting professional, technical, or specialized positions in construction, development, engineering, real estate, infrastructure.
• Strong direct sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates.
• Experience developing and negotiating candidate offers.

As our business and project portfolio continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help us build the team that will deliver it.This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to take meaningful ownership of talent acquisition within a growing organization. You’ll partner directly with hiring managers and leadership, lead searches across a range of professional and technical functions and help us continue building a scalable recruiting function.Job DescriptionWhat You’ll DoLead full-cycle recruiting across Development, Construction / Project Management, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, Investments, Procurement, Corporate Operations, and Executive Leadership.Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop recruiting strategies, and identify and engage high-quality candidates.Build proactive talent pipelines for specialized and difficult-to-fill positions, reducing reliance on external search firms.Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process, providing market intelligence, candidate insights, and recommendations.Develop offer strategies and lead candidate offer discussions and negotiations in partnership with HR and hiring managers.Maintain Cedar’s staffing plan and partner with HR and Finance to ensure recruiting activity remains aligned with approved headcount and budgets.Use recruiting analytics—including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline health, offer acceptance, and agency utilization—to identify opportunities and improve results.Help continuously improve our recruiting processes, candidate experience, employer brand, and use of Workday Recruiting as Cedar grows.What We’re Looking For7+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.Experience recruiting professional, technical, or specialized positions within construction, development, engineering, real estate, infrastructure, or a related environment.Strong direct sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates.Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple searches and partner effectively with hiring managers and senior leaders.Experience developing and negotiating candidate offers.Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and business judgment.A proactive approach and interest in helping build and improve a growing talent acquisition function.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.What Would Be Great to HaveExperience with Workday Recruiting is strongly preferred.
