Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales support, operations, or related administrative role
• Proficient in detailed resume reviews and concise candidate shortlists
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and time management
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency to keep things moving
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with diverse teams
