Marsh McLennan Agency Midwest is seeking an HR Consulting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition in the Schaumburg area. You will source and screen candidates, manage contractor onboarding, and ensure timely payments while collaborating with hiring managers and internal teams to streamline interviews and payouts.

The role requires 3+ years in sales support or related admin work, strong organization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

You'll be juggling multiple tasks, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing contractor onboarding and ensuring timely payments. You'll keep our talent acquisition processes running smoothly, working closely with hiring managers, contractors, and internal teams to make sure everything from interviews to payments happens seamlessly. Your knack for detail and process improvement will help us continuously refine how we attract and support top talent.

• 3+ years of experience in sales support, operations, or a related administrative role

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Experience using SmartSheet and/or CRM systems
• 1-3 years of experience in analytic reporting or data management
• Skilled in conducting targeted candidate sourcing using multiple platforms and internal talent pools
• Experience in managing end-to-end onboarding processes for 1099 contractors with strict adherence to timelines
• Familiarity with contractor onboarding and payment processes
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection best practices, including compliance with employment laws
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

The applicable base salary range for this role is $48,339.00 to $89,974.50

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
