Consilio LLC is seeking a Staff Recruiting Manager to lead recruiting for professional and administrative hiring across the firm. The role offers hands-on ownership of the talent acquisition function, partnering with leadership to shape strategy and scalable processes.

The successful candidate will oversee requisitions through onboarding, manage external search firm relationships, and advise hiring managers on market trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of recruiting experience within a law firm, professional services organization, or equivalent environment.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for both professional and administrative positions from sourcing through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and guide candidate selection.
• Create and manage job postings, screen applicants, conduct initial evaluations, and coordinate interviews.
• Build talent pipelines via direct sourcing, referrals, networks, social platforms, and external partners.
• Manage relationships with search firms, recruiting agencies, and professional organizations.
