Consilio LLC in Washington, DC seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting for lawyers and professional staff in a growing boutique firm. The role combines hands-on sourcing with strategic partnerships, and operates in a hybrid schedule with three days in the office.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in legal or professional services recruiting, strong ATS experience, and knows hiring laws and best practices.

Competenze

• 5+ years of legal or professional services recruiting experience.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of laws, regulations and best practices in hiring and recruitment.
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative as a self-starter.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Sourcing, management of outside recruitment agencies, candidate management and recruitment strategy.
• Full cycle recruiting for attorneys and professional staff.
• Create and post job descriptions.
• Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews; prepare interview questions and materials.
• Manage candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
• Collaborate with HR to identify salary ranges, incentives, and start dates.
• Partner with HR to align recruitment strategies.
• Train hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques.
• Source candidates via search firms, referrals, and online tools.
• Build relationships with recruitment agencies, alumni groups, bar associations, and networking groups.
• Manage the talent acquisition budget for marketing, postings, and partnerships.
