Citigroup Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a team supporting Citigold and Mortgage businesses, owning end-to-end recruitment strategy for two high-priority lines.

You will partner with senior leaders and Managing Directors to attract top talent, build pipelines, manage relocation and mobility, and ensure fair candidate slating and strong stakeholder relationships across regions.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of talent acquisition experience, with a demonstrated track record in full-cycle recruiting and senior-level hiring.
• Prior experience managing or supervising a team of recruiting professionals.
• Strong ability to identify, assess, and engage high-caliber candidates across functions and levels.
• Working knowledge of compensation principles and how they apply within the context of offer management and candidate negotiations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Handle sensitive hiring matters with discretion and apply specialist knowledge to resolve complex recruitment challenges.

In this senior-level role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment strategy for two high-priority business lines, partnering directly with senior leaders and Managing Directors to attract and secure top talent. Your work will directly shape the capability and growth of Citi's wealth and mortgage teams at scale.

Required Qualifications & Skills
