Job summary

Anne Arundel County Public Schools (AACPS) seeks a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead districtwide recruitment, certification, and workforce planning. You will direct talent acquisition operations, collaborate with executives and district leaders, and improve processes using data trends to strengthen applicant pipelines.

You will supervise certification staff, oversee partnerships, and ensure regulatory compliance while managing budgets and outreach initiatives to recruit top talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, management, or related field.
• Seven (7) years recruitment experience.
• Five (5) years related management experience.
• Knowledge of HR workflow processes and data systems.
• Experience with online applicant databases and regulatory policies.
• Strong leadership, project management, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead certificated recruitment, hiring, certification, licensure, and workforce planning strategies.
• Direct talent acquisition operations including recruitment processes and marketing.
• Analyze workforce data to inform staffing decisions and planning.
• Develop and manage assigned budgets for recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with district leaders and external partners for staffing solutions.
• Oversee outreach activities, career fairs, and ROI of initiatives.
