Job summary

Chamberlain Advisors, LLC is seeking an Associate Director of Talent Acquisition for a rapidly growing Chicago-based general contracting environment. You will own talent acquisition end-to-end, partnering directly with executive leadership and field leaders to forecast workforce needs and deliver high-impact hires.

You will build the TA function into a Center of Excellence, while personally sourcing and closing critical roles across corporate and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; equivalent experience.
• SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR or AIRS certification a plus but not required.
• Typically eight to twelve+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting in construction/AEC; GovCon recruiting strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own talent acquisition end to end; partner with executives and field leaders.
• Build and lead a Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence over time.
• Personally source, screen, and close high-touch searches from day one.
• Build pipelines ahead of contract awards and manage pre/post-award staffing cadence.
• Develop structured interviewing guides, scorecards, and quality-of-hire metrics.
