Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions.
• Minimum of two years in technical recruitment, preferably in medical devices or regulated industry.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• Proven ability to source active and passive candidates using networks and job boards.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and salary ranges.
