Job summary

Woolpert is a global leader in architecture, engineering, and geospatial services and seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our remote US-based Talent Acquisition team. The role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and is responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing top infrastructure talent.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience recruiting technical professionals.
• 5+ years of experience recruiting Infrastructure professionals (Aviation, Transportation, Survey, Water, Energy, etc).
• Experience in technical sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition roles.
• Working knowledge of employment legislation and employment trends.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Suite and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting to identify, engage, and secure best infrastructure talent.
• Deliver high-quality candidate and hiring-manager experience across sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Develop customized recruitment strategies to support growth and work with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a strong track record of recruiting accomplishments in complex environments.
• Conduct kickoff sessions with Hiring Managers and gather detailed search requirements.
• Create detailed job postings/descriptions including benefits information.
