Job summary
Tiger Analytics Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter to lead end-to-end leadership hiring for data science, analytics, data engineering and ML roles across global operations.
The role requires 10–14 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to work remotely in a global consulting environment. The candidate will partner with CXOs and hiring managers to drive strategic talent decisions.

- Experience in data science, analytics and consulting environments
Responsibilities
- Lead leadership and senior-level hiring across business and technology functions from intake to offer closure
- Build proactive talent pipelines for senior leadership using market intelligence and headhunting
- Partner with CXOs, hiring managers to define hiring priorities and influence decisions
- Develop tailored search strategies for niche roles ensuring quality of hire and timelines
- Mentor recruiters and track hiring metrics to provide progress updates
- Drive compensation discussions and mitigate offer dropouts through negotiation
