Tiger Analytics is seeking a senior recruiter to lead leadership hiring and executive search across business and technology functions, with global scope. You will map talent strategies, partner with CXOs and drive end-to-end recruitment for data science, analytics and ML roles.

Requirements include 10–14 years in recruiting, a Bachelor's degree, and experience in a consulting setting with international operations. Remote work is offered.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of experience as a Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter.
• Bachelor's Degree required; consulting with global ops preferred.
• Experience hiring in data science, analytics, data engineering, ML roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership and senior-level hiring mandates from intake to closure.
• Build proactive pipelines for senior roles via market intel and headhunting.
• Partner with CXOs and hiring managers to align talent needs with strategy.
• Develop tailored search strategies for niche, business-critical roles.
• Lead recruiters, review pipeline quality, track metrics and risks.
• Drive senior-level offers and negotiate to mitigate dropouts.
