Job summary

Tiger Analytics Inc. is seeking a technology recruiter to handle end-to-end recruiting. The role offers remote work flexibility and growth opportunities to lead recruiting for a business unit or vertical.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of recruiting experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a background in data science, analytics, data engineering, or ML engineering recruiting. Prior consulting experience with global operations is a plus; visa knowledge is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience as a recruiter.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience hiring talent in data science, analytics, data engineering and machine learning engineers.
• Experience working in a consulting company with global operations (US, Canada) preferred.
• Knowledge of work visa/immigration is a plus.
• Must have work authorization in Mexico; visa sponsorship not provided.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for Tiger Analytics team in the Mexico.
• Sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews with panel and hiring managers.
• Creating and maintaining candidate pipeline for upcoming roles.
• Maintain ATS system, collect feedback and calibrate the process.
• Engaging and attracting talent from senior consultants to leadership positions.
• Interview planning, offer, negotiation with pointers from the hiring managers.
• Create partnerships with external recruiting firms or contractors.

Job duties
