Job summary

Tiger Analytics, Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ, seeks an HR Analytics Consultant to lead enterprise HR data and analytics transformations. You will own engagements end-to-end, translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions, and guide cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and analysts to deliver measurable outcomes.

With 9–15 years’ experience and a strong HR metrics background, you will engage senior HR leaders and drive account expansion while embedding analytic outputs

Qualifications

• 9–15 years of professional work experience, with at least 5 years in HR analytics.
• Experience in supporting enterprise-level HR data and analytics transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics and KPIs (headcount, attrition, turnover, span of control, workforce productivity).
• Ability to lead discovery workshops, engage senior HR and business leaders, and guide the technical team on approach.
• Strong ability to oversee, support, and unblock cross-functional technical teams to ensure delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to identify business needs, pitch solutions, and drive account expansion.
• Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to embed analytic outputs in business processes.
• Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

We are seeking an HR Analytics Consultant to join our advanced analytics and AI team supporting some of our large enterprise clients. In this role, you will:

• End-to-End Engagement Ownership: Take full accountability for client engagements from inception to completion, ensuring the successful execution of data, analytics, and AI initiatives.
• Strategic Translation: Act as the bridge between business and technology by translating complex business problems into viable, scalable analytics and AI solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage, cultivate, and expand relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and support cross-functional delivery teams consisting of data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts to ensure high-quality project execution.
