Job summary

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a range of positions, including executive roles.
Develop strategies with leadership to attract top talent and improve DEI outcomes.
Source candidates via diverse channels and maintain ATS records per SLAs.
Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidates, and guide hiring managers through offers.
Provide mentorship to junior team members and report recruitment metrics regularly.
