Job summary

Coast Dental is seeking a combined Recruiting Manager and Senior Credentialing Manager to oversee the company's recruitment and credentialing operations in Tampa. You will lead a team of recruiters, ensure Jobvite usage, develop hiring strategies, and ensure credentialing files are completed and approved before provider start dates.

This role partners with field operations and management to meet business needs while maintaining compliance with NCQA and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience required, with dental recruitment preferred.
• Ability to manage projects and supervise staff.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with credentialing and NCQA compliance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff recruiting team on a daily basis.
• Ensure recruiters use Jobvite and maintain candidate records.
• Coordinate recruitment events and partnerships with community organizations.
• Oversee credentialing activities to meet NCQA standards and provider start dates.
• Collaborate with HR and field operations to ensure smooth hiring transitions.
