Job summary

Responsibilities

• Guide, coach, motivate, and direct staff recruiting team daily.
• Ensure recruiters use Jobvite and maintain candidate notes and workflows.
• Lead daily team meetings and provide coaching for alignment.
• Coordinate interviews, assess qualifications, and negotiate offers.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future roles.
• Oversee credentialing activities to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with NCQA standards and regulatory policies.
• Collaborate with executives and departments for smooth hiring transitions.
• Manage recruitment events and represent Coast Dental publicly.
