Job summary

Coast Dental is seeking a combined Recruiting Manager and Senior Credentialing Manager to oversee companywide recruitment and credentialing operations. You will lead a team of recruiters and the credentialing staff, develop strategies, build community relationships, and ensure timely, compliant hiring and credentialing across the organization.

This role partners with field operations and the Credentials Committee to meet business needs, maintain NCQA standards, and deliver strong candidate

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Must maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Knowledge of recruitment policies, procedures, and systems.
• Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Strong management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Guide, coach, and direct staff recruiters daily.
• Ensure use of Jobvite daily with accurate notes.
• Lead daily team meetings for coaching and alignment.
• Oversee credentialing team to meet performance goals and NCQA standards.
• Coordinate Credential Committee meetings.
• Collaborate with field operations and corporate offices to ensure smooth hiring transitions.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and partner with management to fill roles timely.
• Represent Coast Dental at recruitment events.
