Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Washington DC is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Talent Acquisition – Business Services to partner with firm leaders on attracting, assessing, and onboarding top talent in a hybrid work setting.

You will advise managers, screen resumes, run interviews, manage the ATS, and use data analytics to improve hiring outcomes while ensuring compliance with EEO and OFCCP regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; experience in fast-paced environments preferred.
• Experience recruiting across business verticals and using multiple sourcing channels.

Responsibilities

• Advise hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies across sources.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and refer qualified applicants.
• Leverage data analytics to improve hiring strategies.
• Facilitate offer letters and onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with EEO and OFCCP regulations.
• Maintain relationships with external agencies and attend career events.
• Build candidate pools and employer branding initiatives.
