We are seeking a Senior Coordinator, Talent Acquisition – Business Services to join our firm. This position will be based in our Washington D.C. office (hybrid). The Business Services Professional teams are a critical component of the firm's success, and we need an innovative recruitment professional to drive our US Business Services Professional recruitment and talent acquisition strategies. The role will advise leaders on attracting, assessing, and onboarding talent, utilize direct recruitment strategies and agencies, and oversee onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure successful integration into the firm.
Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience, preferably within fast-paced, high-growth, or complex environments.
$105,000 - $120,000
