Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR coordination or related field.

Responsibilities

• Edit, post, and manage job postings and coordinate department-requested advertising with vendors.
• Maintain accurate and secure applicant records within the applicant tracking system and support TA workflow.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition partners and hiring managers to align scheduling and documentation needs with hiring goals.
• Provide administrative support for recruitment-related programs and needs.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate logistics, and provide timely and consistent communication to candidates.
• Assist with sourcing activities for hard-to-fill and specialized positions as directed by talent acquisition partners.
