The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the talent acquisition process through pre- and post-hire activities. They are experts in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management, candidate management, training, and daily inquiries.
Work location: Remote for candidates in the US only
Work arrangement: Remote, aligned to EST shift
Specific needs: Support for executive-level positions, client-facing, and independent work.
Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
Experience: 3+ years in business or office environment; HR/talent acquisition preferred.
Skills: Knowledge of talent acquisition concepts, ATS proficiency, analytical skills, and Microsoft Office expertise.
