Responsibilities:- Data-Driven Recruitment Strategy : Develop and execute recruitment strategies using data analytics to optimize sourcing, build pipelines, and track performance.
- Automation Setup & Optimization : Take full ownership of setting up and managing automation workflows to streamline sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment processes. Use tools like Zapier and AI agents to automate repetitive tasks and ensure efficiency.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting : Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, while ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for both current and future hiring needs, using data to track and analyze progress.

Requirements:- Startup or Scale-Up Experience : Minimum of 5 years in recruitment, with a strong focus on high-growth environments, ideally within tech, AI, or healthcare sectors.
- Proven Recruitment Track Record : A demonstrated ability to build successful teams that contributed to measurable growth, particularly in scale-up or startup environments.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting Expertise : Proven ability to independently manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Hands-On Automation Skills : Experience in setting up and optimizing automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Notion, and AI agents to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, and tracking.
- Data-Driven : Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on recruitment funnels, leveraging insights to optimize performance and processes.
- Degree from a Reputable Institution : A degree in business, technology, psychology, or a related field from a reputable school.
