Allied Reliability in Charleston, SC is seeking a Talent Manager to lead full lifecycle recruiting for contingent and direct-hire roles. You will partner with account managers and recruiting leadership to build strong pipelines and deliver high-quality candidates for manufacturing and engineering.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle recruiting for contingent and direct-hire roles.
Build talent pipelines and collaborate with Strategic Account Managers and Recruiting leadership.
Coordinate interviews, manage references, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Maintain accurate, timely records in the ATS and related tools.
Monitor recruiting performance and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
Ensure adherence to client expectations and contractual obligations.
