Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a market-facing Takeoff Specialist to manage daily blueprint takeoff activities and support for OSS field partners across Pro markets. You will lead complex projects crossing merchandising teams and partner with suppliers to ensure on-time execution.

Key duties include project delivery, mentorship of teammates, planning contributions, and ongoing quality assurance of quotes and offerings. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
High school diploma or GED required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Tableau, and PowerPoint preferred.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
3+ years of work experience; 5+ preferred.
Experience with THD quoting and selling systems and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

50% Delivery and Execution- Project manage takeoffs; support outer/inner job scopes; coordinate with THD teams and suppliers to meet SLAs.
20% Mentorship, Training, and Escalations- provide first-line support for Takeoff Specialist and coordinate cross-functional resolutions.
10% Planning- participate in project prioritization and preparation.
20% Quality Assurance- improve quotes, presentations, product offerings, and alignment with cross-functional partners.
