Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Manager, Project Integration to provide process management, forecasting and budgeting for reset projects across the Merchandising organization, aligning with business goals and shareholder value.

This role focuses on cost controls, project financials, inventory purchasing, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational metrics and strategic analysis, reporting to the Director and supporting North American regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 6 years of work experience in a related role.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• 30% Financial Planning: assist annual project budgets, cost/benefit analyses, SAP entries, and capitalization rules.
• 25% Project Process Support: define business requirements for project tools, inventory, and purchasing.
• 25% Strategic Analysis: develop reports, perform financial and operational analysis for leadership.
• 20% Collaboration: coordinate cross-functionally to execute merchandising initiatives.
