Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or GED required; higher degrees preferred.
• 2–4 years related experience or training; dealership experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information.

Responsibilities

• Process all new and used vehicle registrations and title work.
• Prepare tax and title documents and submit to DMV.
• Verify funds and lien payoff before title processing.
• Ensure accuracy of applications and complete information.
• Maintain out-of-state title verifications and status reports to management.
• Stay current on title regulations and participate in trainings.
