Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Tactical Command and Control Operations SME for the CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will facilitate distributed training for U.S. and allied aircrews, role-playing ABM, AOC, ADAFCO, ISR assets, and aircraft in ASCOT, CES, NGTS, and MACE environments.

Requirements include an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR, plus bachelor’s or higher with years in C2. Travel up to 10% and DoD experience are expected. This role supports DoD training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Former ABM/AIC/WD with E-3, E-2, CRC, TAOC, or BMCS experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with 9 years in command and control, or Master’s with 7 years, or PhD with 4 years.
• Thorough knowledge of AFTTP 3-1 or service equivalent manual and ALSSA Brevity/ALSSA Air Control Communication.
• Operationally relevant experience within the past 10 years; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support daily training by scheduling, mission planning, creating mission materials, briefing, executing, and debriefing the DTC’s Large Force Exercises (LFEs) and Small Team events.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and sites to discuss unit training requirements and incorporate them into missions.
• Provide consulting expertise to military/defense clients to develop and evaluate training and doctrine; offer specialized planning/execution in training exercises.
