Job summary

Serco is seeking a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME for the CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA to facilitate combat aircrew training in distributed mission operations.

The role requires an active Secret clearance (with potential TS/SCI/SAP/SAR), extensive fighter experience, and ability to travel. You will plan missions, develop training materials, brief and debrief LFEs, and coordinate exercise planning with the CAF team.

Qualifications

• An active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain to TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ experience as a fighter aviator, or Master’s degree with 7 years’ experience, or PhD with 4 years’ experience.
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with experience on F-15C/E/EX, F-16C, F/A-18, EA-18G, F-22, F-35.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate integration training for U.S. and allied aircrew, air battle managers, and JTACs via Distributed Mission Operations (DMO).
• Schedule, mission plan, create mission materials, brief, execute, and debrief LFEs and Small Team events.
• Provide consulting to military/defense clients to develop and evaluate training and doctrine.
