Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME to support Air Combat Command’s CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will facilitate distributed training with U.S.

and allied aircrew, mission planning, and debriefs, using CES/NGTS/MACE environments to stay current on tactics and threat, while traveling up to 10% for CAF exercises. You will bring a DoD Secret clearance and a strong aviation background with the ability to obtain higher clearances, contributing to high‑fidelity combat

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s degree with 9 years’ fighter aviator experience, or Master’s with 7 years, or PhD with 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate integration training for U.S. and allied aircrew, air battle managers, and JTACs by role‑playing fighter aircraft in DMO events.
• Schedule, mission plan, brief, execute, and debrief LFEs and small team events.
• Provide consulting expertise to evaluate military training and doctrine and assist in scenario development and data analysis.
