Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO / CSO / NFO Operations SME for the CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will support integration training for U.S.

and allied aircrew, role-play fighter aircraft in Distributed Mission Operations, and stay current on threats and TTPs. Requirements include an active DoD security clearance (Secret with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR), a relevant degree with years of experience, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ experience as a fighter aviator, Master’s with 7 or PhD with 4 years’ experience.
• To be a former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with Aircraft such as F-15C/E/EX, F-16C, F/A-18, EA-18G, F-22, F-35.
• Thorough knowledge of AFTTP 3-1 fighter employment or other service equivalent manual.
• Operationally relevant experience within the past 10 years (simulator experience considered).
• To be able to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support daily training by scheduling, mission planning, creating mission materials, briefing, executing, and debriefing the CAF DTC’s LFEs and Small Team events.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences (e.g. RED FLAG) and help incorporate unit training requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting expertise to military/defense clients to develop and evaluate military training and doctrine, including scenario development and data analysis.
