Job summary

Serco seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME for CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA, to facilitate distributed training for US and allied aircrews. You will role-play fighters, operate CES/NGTS/MACE, and stay current on tactics and procedures.

The role requires active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI/SAP/SAR and substantial fighter aviation experience. Travel up to 10% and travel to conferences are expected.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ fighter aviator experience or Master’s with 7 years or PhD with 4 years.
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with listed aircraft experience (F-15, F-16, F/A-18, F-22, F-35).
• Knowledge of AFTTP 3-1 fighter employment or equivalent manual.
• Operational experience in past 10 years (simulator acceptable).
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support daily training by scheduling, mission planning, creating mission materials, briefing, executing, and debriefing LFEs and Small Team events.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and incorporate unit training requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting to military/defense clients to develop and evaluate training and doctrine, including scenario development and after action review.
