Job summary

Mimecast Limited is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner in Lexington, MA for a hybrid on-site/remote schedule.

You will own full-cycle recruiting across G&A, Engineering, and IT/Technical functions in a fast-paced SaaS environment, partnering with senior leaders and leveraging data-driven hiring practices. You’ll guide intake-to-offer processes, build diverse candidate pipelines, and collaborate with Engineering and IT leaders to align requirements and market expectations, while using AI

Qualifications

• Must have in-house TA partner experience in SaaS/tech
• Proven success hiring across G&A and Eng with IT/tech requirements
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and senior stakeholders
• Experience with AI-powered sourcing and data-informed hiring

Responsibilities

• Own full recruiting lifecycle from intake to offer
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define role requirements
• Build diverse candidate pipelines via multi-channel outreach
• Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to leadership
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience and coordinate scheduling
• Calibrate interview processes with interview panels and HR
• Utilize AI platforms to improve sourcing efficiency
• Support employer branding and recruiting events
