Overview

As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner on our global Talent Acquisition team, you'll own full-cycle recruiting across G&A, Engineering, and IT/Technical functions in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You may also have roles in our GTM organization. In this role, you'll build trusted partnerships with senior business leaders and bring a modern, data-informed approach to hiring. This position will be part of the TA team based in Lexington, MA and will report to a Director, TA.

Your requisition assignments will flex across business functions based on hiring demand and team capacity. You'll get up to speed quickly on new role types, adapt to shifting priorities, and guide candidates and hiring teams from intake through offer.

What You'll Do

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through offer, managing multiple requisitions with urgency and attention to detail.
• Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, interview teams, and HR Business Partners to define role requirements, success criteria, interview structures, and target timelines.
• Build and nurture diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and creative, multi-channel outreach for current and future hiring needs.
• Serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers, sharing market insights, hiring recommendations, and regular pipeline updates; work with Engineering and IT leaders to calibrate technical requirements and talent-market expectations.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, collaborating with TA Coordinators on scheduling, logistics, and communications and using automated scheduling tools to streamline coordination.
• Guide interview panels on structured interviewing and calibration, and present compelling offers in partnership with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on compensation discussions.
• Use AI-powered recruiting platforms, automation, and talent intelligence to improve sourcing efficiency and pipeline quality.
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruiting events, and social media content that showcase Mimecast in the cybersecurity and SaaS talent market.
• Maintain accurate requisition, candidate disposition, and reporting data in Workday Recruit ATS, ensuring recruiting activities meet compliance standards and support audit requirements.
• Track time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and source of hire to identify opportunities and improve recruiting outcomes.

What You'll Bring

• Full-cycle recruiting expertise, including in-house TA Partner experience within a SaaS or technology company, with the ability to independently lead searches from intake through offer and advise senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success hiring across G&A and Engineering functions, with the business acumen to understand varied role requirements and competitive talent markets, including IT and technical hiring. Additionally, experience in Sales/Go-to-Market is preferred.
• A track record of delivering results across multiple concurrent requisitions, adapting to changing priorities, and quickly ramping on unfamiliar role types without losing momentum.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
• Sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information, along with the ability to work independently through ambiguity.
• A commitment to inclusion and belonging throughout the recruiting process.
• Required proficiency with Workday Recruit ATS, including accurate requisition management, candidate disposition, and reporting.
• Experience using AI-powered recruiting tools for sourcing, talent intelligence, and pipeline management, plus proficiency with automated interview scheduling platforms.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365, Outlook, Zoom, and collaboration tools.

The base salary range for this position is 104,000−156,000 USD plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
