Mimecast North America, Inc. seeks a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner in a hybrid role with on-site presence in Lexington, MA.

You will own the full recruiting lifecycle across G&A, Engineering, and IT/Technical functions in a fast-paced SaaS environment, partnering with senior leaders to define requirements and timelines. You will build diverse candidate pipelines, leverage AI-powered tools, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience, while aligning with HR and business leaders on compensation

Formación

• In-house TA Partner experience within a SaaS or technology company.
• Experience hiring across G&A and Engineering functions.
• Experience with IT/Technical hiring and Sales/Go-to-Market roles.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to offer across multiple requisitions.
• Partner with managers and HR to define role requirements and timelines.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and multi-channel outreach.
• Provide market insights and regular pipeline updates to hiring teams.
• Guide interview panels on structured interviewing and compensation discussions.
