Air Liquide is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead high-volume recruitment for US Field Logistics and to act as a digital transformation driver for AI Agent Automation. The role oversees a TA Manager and TA Lead, with responsibility for scaling delivery, governance, and partnerships across a matrixed organization.

You will leverage Workday and advanced recruitment automation tools to optimize processes, improve candidate experiences, and forecast hiring velocity.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business or related field required.
• 12+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including high-volume field logistics recruiting.
• 5+ years in formal leadership overseeing recruitment teams (~20 recruiters).
• Direct experience leading enterprise-wide AI Agent Automation implementations.

Responsibilities

• Direct high-volume US Field Logistics recruiting operations at scale with ~20 recruiters under management.
• Lead and develop a TA Manager and a TA Lead, setting performance standards and growth plans.
• Establish CoE recruitment guidelines and standardized evaluation, sourcing, and branding.
• Drive AI Agent Automation deployment and global rollout to enable scalable talent acquisition.
