Job summary

Air Liquide is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to direct US Field Logistics recruiting operations at scale. You will lead a team of recruiters and subordinate leaders, setting performance standards and driving scalable hiring solutions across a matrixed organization.

You will also champion digital transformation, leading AI Agent Automation deployment (e.g., Paradox) globally to enable enterprise-wide AI in recruitment and optimize workflows using Workday and automation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• 5+ years in a formal leadership role managing recruitment teams (~20 recruiters).
• Direct experience leading enterprise-wide AI Agent Automation implementation and global rollout.

Responsibilities

• Direct high-volume US Field Logistics recruiting operations at scale with a ~20-person recruiter team.
• Lead and mentor subordinate leaders to set performance expectations and development paths.
• Establish CoE recruitment guidelines, candidate evaluation frameworks, and employer branding.
