Qualifications

• Strong full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and senior-level roles.
• Manage high requisition load with quality and candidate experience.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, HR partners, and vendors.
• Monitor and present recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline, etc.).
• Lead vendor relationships and service delivery improvements.
• Knowledge of relevant employment laws, EEO requirements, and ethical hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Manages full-cycle recruitment for high-volume requisitions across multiple business areas, including complex and senior roles.
• Owns Talent Acquisition reporting, metrics, and feedback programs, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Maintains recruiting playbooks, SOPs, training materials, and process documentation to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Acts as a senior SME, coaching recruiters and onboarding new team members to reinforce best practices.
• Builds relationships with hiring managers, HR Partners, Compensation, Legal, and other stakeholders involved in recruiting.
• Contributes to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives with internal and external partners.
• Supports and monitors candidate and hiring manager experience best practices through timely communication and inclusive processes.
