Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–10 years of experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans to ensure annual vehicle sales targets are met.
• Plan and execute the National Training Conference (NTC) annually.
• Serve as liaison between Field and Corporate staff.
• Plan and run sales review meetings and executive presentations.
• Manage DSM Bonus Program and keep Field staff updated.
• Lead IT projects for the Sales Department.
• Develop and evaluate Management Associates rotating through the Sales Department.
