Job summary

Subaru is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in Camden, NJ, for a hybrid role with remote work two days per week after 90 days. The position leads high-volume, senior-level recruiting and partners with HR, Legal and Compensation to deliver a superior candidate experience.

Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $140,000, plus bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. The role requires 8–10 years in talent acquisition, strong stakeholder engagement, and a focus on process

Qualifications

• Experience across functions and senior-level roles.
• Ability to handle high-volume requisition workloads with quality.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor partnership skills.
• Experience with metrics, reporting, and data-driven decisions.
• Improvement of processes, documentation, and playbooks.
• Knowledge of TA best practices and inclusive hiring.
• Experience creating training materials and guides.
• Capability to support employer branding and recruiting marketing.
• Understanding of employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manages full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, senior and specialized roles.
• Owns TA reporting, metrics, and feedback programs with data-driven insights.
• Stewards TA processes, SOPs, templates, and training materials.
• Serves as a senior SME, guiding recruiters and onboarding new members.
• Builds partnerships with HR, Legal, Compensation, and other stakeholders.
• Contributes to talent pipeline, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
• Supports candidate and hiring manager experience with timely communication.
• Manages vendor relationships and external recruiting partners.
