Job summary

Cato Networks is seeking a customer-focused Product Support T3 Engineer to join our NA team in a remote role open to United States-based candidates. You will engage with customers during post-sales and support the ongoing lifecycle of the Cloud Network Security platform.

Responsibilities include owning issues, mentoring peers, expanding Knowledge articles, and collaborating with engineering, CS/PS and Product Management to align customer needs with our solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in support engineering from web/network/security companies.
• Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, firewalls and proxy servers.
• Proven troubleshooting abilities in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage customer issues through resolution, troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Mentor support engineers across the organization.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles on an ongoing basis.
• Act as a customer advocate with engineering, CS/PS and Product Management.
