Cato Networks is seeking a remote Product Support T3 Engineer to join our NA team from the United States. You will engage with customers post-sale, owning issues to resolution and mentoring peers, while contributing to knowledge articles and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in web/network information security environments.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities in production environments.
• Excellent oral and written communication with customers.
• Familiarity with VPNs, IPSec and security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage customer issues through resolution.
• Mentor support engineers across the organization.
• Contribute to Knowledge articles on an ongoing basis.
• Act as customer advocate with engineering, CS/PS and Product Management.
