Job summary

Cato Networks is seeking a remote Product Support T2 Engineer for its NA team, open to candidates in the United States. You will engage with customers during the post-sales lifecycle, troubleshoot issues, mentor colleagues, and contribute to knowledge articles while acting as a trusted advisor across engineering, CS/PS, and Product Management.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Networking, TCP/IP, Firewalls and proxy servers.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a passion for working with customers.
• Experience working with a Cloud, SaaS technology provider.
• Familiarity with VPNs, IPSec, security protocols and standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage customer issues and see problems through to resolution, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
• Mentoring support engineers across the Cato Support Organization.
• Contribute to the Knowledge articles on an ongoing basis.
• Act as a customer advocate with engineering, CS/PS and Product Management on customer issues.
• Be a focal point for customer needs within Designated Support Engineer programs.
