Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent engineering experience.
• Extensive experience leading test operations for developmental aircraft or missile systems.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and program processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead test engineering teams across multiple aircraft/missile programs.
• Develop and execute T&E strategies for integration, planning and operations.
• Coordinate with program leadership on test events and reporting.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across test ranges and labs.
