Honeywell Aerospace seeks an experienced Card Program Manager to oversee the corporate T&E card program, including issuance, reconciliation, and policy enforcement. You will coordinate with payments teams, support Concur users, and drive process improvements in a large multinational environment.

The role requires 6+ years in card administration or finance operations, with proficiency in Concur and SAP, plus advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field; MBA or certifications encouraged.
• Minimum 6+ years in corporate card administration, travel & expense management, or finance operations; deep knowledge of T&E programs.

Responsabilités

• Card Program Management: maintain corporate T&E card program, issue/activate/deactivate cards, manage limits and inquiries.
• Concur System Oversight: monitor aging reports, provide training and support for Concur users, troubleshoot issues.
• Compliance & Policy Enforcement: ensure adherence to corporate T&E spend policies, review for misuse and take corrective actions.
• Cardholder Support & Communication: primary contact for inquiries, disputes, suspensions, and emergency card requests.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: provide regular reporting on card usage and delinquency trends; assist audits.
• Process Improvement & Best Practices: drive automation, workflow enhancements, and policy updates in the card program.
