• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering and design.
• Experience with systems engineering processes, architecture and traceability.
• Experience defining test architecture, diagnostics and system-health monitoring.
• Multidisciplinary expertise in electronic, network or embedded systems and automation.
• Ability to define system-level software requirements with software engineering.
• Experience with instrumentation design and complex product development.
• Track record of successful product development across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect built-in self-test, telemetry, visualization and analytics for system-level test platforms.
• Define self-test and system-health architecture from requirements to testing.
• Verify tester functionality before first customer delivery and during service life.
• Provide Operations with repeatable self-test and data-analysis for every unit built.
• Use telemetry, diagnostics and analytics to trend degradation and support maintenance.
• Define data capture, visualization tools and UI requirements with software teams.
• Lead across hardware, software, reliability, manufacturing and service teams.
